- Add animated "APPROVED" stamp on completed to-do rows in the
blueprint theme, and a red-pen checkmark reveal in the notebook
theme (with reduced-motion fallback)
- Move vaporwave scanlines above content, speed up the roll, and add
the striped synth sun, outrun floor grid, and palm silhouettes as
fixed scenery behind the lanes
- Rework the notebook theme so lanes read as ruled paper pages and
group cards as slightly tilted post-its with hand-cut borders
- Add data-category-lane attribute to CategoryLane for scoping the
new lane-level styles
