Restore list markers stripped by Tailwind v4 preflight

Tailwind v4's preflight sets `list-style: none` on all lists, and the
wmde-markdown stylesheet only re-declares markers for nested levels.
Top-level lists therefore render without bullets. Re-declare the classic
disc/circle/square nesting in unlayered CSS so it always wins over the
preflight regardless of lazy-chunk injection order.
